Started from our POP-UP in "Pasko sa Kultura", we're bringing you our twist to ordinary bibingka: a cheesecake!
Cooked in banana leaf, topped with salted duck egg and quezo de bola cheese.
DISCLAIMER: Photos taken above were prototype, actual cheesecake is slightly darker(golden brown) as it's baked the same way as our basque burnt cheesecake.
We only use FDA approved 6 x2 inches tin cans.
Bibingka Cheesecake in Tin Can
Keep refrigerated. Best eaten within 24 hours of receiving it. Can be stored up to 5 days from delivery date. Always keep in a tight-lid container to keep the moisture or leave in it's original container
Can be serve chilled or warm(slice a piece and heat up in the microwave for 15-25 seconds depending on your preference)
Contains coconut, dairy, eggs
NO nuts, although we do NOT work in a nut-free facility
