Store Policy

At Scoops n' Bites, we take pride in our baked goods. All products are made fresh to order.

For all cake orders, we require at least minimum two-weeks notice to guarantee availability as we always get fully booked. Small desserts are made in batch every Monday and Thursday.

Please keep your cakes and cakesicles refrigerated upon receiving it. We always suggest to thaw it to room temperature (for about 45minutes) prior consumption so you can enjoy a softer icing.

Brownies, Bars and Cookies are best kept at room temperature in a tight-lid container. For extra gooeyness, heat up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds blast.

We don't use any preservatives; all our products are best eaten within 2 days of receiving it. Although, you can also store it in the freezer (maximum three weeks), and pull to thaw prior consumption.
