  • How to place orders?
    You can place your order through this website or you can send us an e-mail at scoopsnbitesto@gmail.com.
  • Can I call my order instead?
    As of the moment, we DON'T accept calls. There are important information we need to process your orders so it's best to submit them only through this website or e-mail.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at Bathurst & Finch, Toronto, M2R 1L5: Cake pickup available from Tuesday- Friday Dessert Pickup is available every Friday and Saturday at Ensanemada, 880 Ellesmere Road, Unit 2, Scarborough, M1P 2L8 You can also find our Mini Cakes at Oats Kafe at 2-31 Phipps St, Toronto, ON, M4Y 0E5
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes we do! Delivery is available with minimum order of $40.00 every Monday from 1:00-5:00 PM. Standard $5 delivery fee is applied. Delivery area: Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, North York, Midtown and Downtown Toronto Please check our Shipping Policy for more information
  • What's your payment method?
    We currently accept Interac e-transfers to scoopsnbitesto@gmail.com or payment through Square (via Website)
  • Does your product contain nuts?
    Although not all of our products contain nuts, they are all made on the same equipment and may contain traces of nuts. Please contact us directly to inquire about specific products. We are NOT a nut-free facility
  • Do you offer catering?
    Yes we do! For minimum quantity of 50 pieces, we offer catering of desserts or/and savory meals. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss more about your event.
  • I can't find the answer to my question
    Still can't find the answers to your questions? Please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
  • Can I cancel my order after placing them?
    We cannot cancel or/and refund orders processed through this website. Please don't submit your request until you're 100% sure with your order.
  • Can I return/exchange my order after receiving them and get a refund?
    There will be NO returns, exchanges or refunds on perishable items. We always ensure the highest quality of service prior to delivering your products. In the event that an error is made on our end, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
  • Do you customize cakes?
    Yes, we do custom cakes with minimum two-weeks notice. Our cakes are highly artisanal so our capacity is limited. We recommend to always order in advance to guarantee your slot.
  • Do you make fondant covered cakes?
    No, we don't. We specialize in buttercream cakes. Although we can make minimal fondant figures.
  • Can you exactly copy a cake inspo?
    We DON'T exactly replicate cake inspo, even our own designs. We add our own twists and touch to make each cake unique to the client. Please always reach out to us to confirm a design.
  • I can't find the cake flavors I want
    We have regular cake flavors to choose from. If you don't see the cake flavour you like, that means it's not yet available. You can always reach out for a special flavour and we can discuss if it's achievable
  • How would I know if my cake request has been processed?
    You will receive an invoice from us through e-mail. We would require 50% downpayment to confirm your order. Once we receive your initial payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Balance of 50% is to be settled two days prior delivery/pickup date. Orders processed and confirmed CANNOT be modified, cancelled or refunded. Please don't submit your request until you're 100% sure with your order.
  • How long will my cakes and desserts last?
    All of our products are baked fresh to order and will last up to maximum of five (5) days. Although they are best consumed within two days from receiving them We always recommend our cakes & cakesicles to be kept in the fridge, and bars & brownies at room temperature. You can also store them in the freezer packed in a tight-lid container- this will help them to last up to three weeks. (except for any fresh fruit cakes)
